Friendly staff, especially the evening desk man who made us sandwiches when we arrived late. The rooms were clean, and we appreciated the Italian decor that matched our expectations. The outdoor terrace provided a lovely sitting area for relaxation. The hotel was just a short walk from the Lucrino Train Station, perfect for exploring Naples. we faced some noise issues due to bin collections early in the morning that disrupted our sleep. The spa facilities were also lacking, with a strange pool surface and unsupervised access that made us hesitant to use it. The beach area was a letdown, being a desolate 20-minute walk with no nearby amenities.

great location but minor noise issues

The property is well-located, offering easy access to both nearby beaches and the ferry to Procida, perfect for day trips. The breakfast selection impressed me, especially the variety of local pastries and the delicious coffee from Giuseppe each morning. The sea view from my room added to the overall charm of my stay, making each moment relaxing.

The staff here are exceptionally attentive, ensuring a relaxed atmosphere throughout the stay. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped, complemented by a lovely outdoor terrace. It was disappointing that some areas, including the bathrooms, could use modernization to enhance the experience.

The beach access was a highlight, and exploring nearby Bacoli and Procida was a blast! We felt right at home, nothing too much trouble.

Had a really nice stay! The staff was always super friendly and helpful, especially Pepe with his cool jokes. Enjoyed the bar area for late-night chill sessions. The location's awesome, but gotta say, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times. Otherwise, it was just what we needed for our family getaway!

the stay at villa luisa was fantastic! the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. breakfasts were a highlight, with excellent coffee, cold meats, and tasty cakes. the location was perfect, close to the caldera and interesting sites like the cumana archaeological park. especially loved the small, atmospheric vibe! the staff were super helpful, especially with parking my car.
